I am teaching “Machine Learning” CS undergraduate course during Fall 2023 at Auburn University.

Course Description: Have you ever wondered how machines can learn like a human? Have you ever been curious to know how machines can make predictions and take decisions based on data driven analysis? Are you surprised by the way amazon/ Walmart sends you excellent product recommendations in your email inbox? Are you fascinated by how intelligent agents like SIRI, ALEXA interact with human? If all these sounds interesting to you, you have come to the right place. In this course, you will be introduced to the exciting world of machine learning including basic concepts like supervised learning, unsupervised learning, Model selection and evaluation, etc. and get to know how machine learning is empowering a lot of application domains like business, education, security, medical etc. This course will contain both theoretical lectures as well as insightful assignments, interesting group projects and presentations.
